It is our policy not to accept exchanges or returns and to give no refunds unless related directly to non-conformity with your order, defective materials, or errors in manufacturing. Previous wearing or normal wear does not constitute a defective product. Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for providing us with correct shipping information and will be responsible for paying for second shipping charges if product has to be re-sent. Brazilian-Fashion will not refund shipping charges or service charges(including Paypal fees) related to any order.
