Brazilian-Fashion.com does not represent any brand of flip flops including Cariris, Havaianas, Ballina, Ipanema.
We are an independent company owned by Florida Brasil, Inc. located in South Florida. Brazilian-Fashion.com does not purchase flip flops directly from the factory. We buy big quantities from a distributor in Florida and that is why we can offer a better price. We do not guarantee of authenticity of any brand. You can order a sample to check merchandise before you order the bulk. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.
Brazilian-Fashion.com is dedicated to consistently supplying you with high-quality
products. It is our desire that you be completely satisfied with every product
you purchase. The color of products online can vary greatly depending on the monitor they are viewed through, resolution, etc. We suggest you order a sample to make sure the quality, color and size is what you want.
It is our policy not to accept exchanges or returns and to give no refunds
unless related directly to non-conformity with your order, defective materials,
or errors in manufacturing. Previous wearing or normal wear does not constitute
a defective product. Please contact us before returning any merchandise.
Returns will not be accepted after 15 days of purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded and client is responsible for shipping costs of return.
Customer is responsible for providing us with correct shipping information
and will be responsible for paying for second shipping charges if product
has to be re-sent. Brazilian-Fashion will not refund shipping charges or
service charges(including Paypal fees or Google Checkout fees) related to any order. Brazilian-Fashion.com
will not be responsible for unclaimed merchandise after it has been shipped.
When the flip-flops are manufactured the straps are in the upright position; after that, as they are bagged, boxed and shipped from the factory to the US and then from the US to your location, some of the straps can get a little twisted during transit time, as the pairs shift inside of the box and are pressed against each other. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
If ordering bigger quantity, such as 1,000 pairs (flats). It can be shipped air as cargo with an commercial airline to be delivered at airport of destination(your choice). If interested please send the quantity of pairs/styles being ordered and the airport of delivery.
