Can I order over the phone?
WE DO NOT TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE. We use Google Checkout and PayPal to process credit cards online. It is safer than giving your credit card information over the phone.

Minimum of 25 pairs. You can buy any quantity above 25 pairs

Can I pay with Credit Card?
Yes. Google Checkout and PayPal accept most of credit card companies.
Do I need a business license to order?
If you are in Florida and don't want to pay taxes you must provide Business License number and email us a copy of your license. After your first order we will have it on our sistem and you don't have to provide that on future orders.
Can I order a sample?
Yes you can. Please use our sample form to order samples. We charge retail price on samples.
Can I choose sizes and Colors ?
YES you can! Now you can mix and match styles. Please click here to download selection forms and see what styles you can mix.
Do I have to buy in boxes of 25 pairs?
NO. The minimum order is 25 pairs per style. You can order any quantity above that (26,27....)
What shipping company do you utilize?
We utilize UPS ground or any other alternative shipping company works better for you. Call in advance to make arrangements.
What is the estimated time for shipping?
We estimate you order will be shipped from our facilities within 2– 7 business days. Except customized flip-flops (please check delivery time on their description) tracking number will be given to you.

Our office is located in Pembroke Pines, FL. Wherehouse is located in Pensacola, FL and Pembroke Pines FL.
If I order through the website can I personally pick up my order?

Can I have my logo on the flip-flops?
Yes, we also manufacture personalized flip-flops. We not only print your own logo, but can also print any picture on the foot bed of the flip-flop. We can make any color . The minimum quantity for personalized flip-flops is 3,000 pairs.

What is your return policy?
